Cabalgatas Gauchas was founded with the intention to protect and preserve the authenticity of the region with its culture and traditions of the Gauchos.
Our goal is to let our visitors participate in our essential values, the values of the Gauchos, in our unique surroundings of valleys and mountains.
Finca “La Quesera” was built in 1823 as a convent. Today, it welcomes people of all nationalities who like to meet a unique place to connect with nature, culture, history and most of all, to find tranquility and peace.
